Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Billing Engineer based in Mumbai. The Senior Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and managing bills of quantities (BOQs), conducting rate analyses, performing cost evaluations, and ensuring accuracy within billing systems. Tasks include liaising with project teams for timely delivery of invoicing, approving contractor bills, contract management, and preparing project-related documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing BOQs and conducting detailed Rate Analysis
• Strong skills in Billing Systems and processes
• A solid understanding of Quantity Surveying principles and practices
• Exceptional Analytical Skills, with an ability to assess costs and project budgets effectively
• In-depth knowledge of compliance and contract management within the construction or engineering sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in oil, gas, infrastructure, or industrial projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in dynamic environments
