Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Senior Bench Sales Recruiter for our Bangalore Urban district office. In this on-site role, responsibilities include managing the end-to-end bench sales recruiting lifecycle, identifying prospective clients, effectively marketing qualified candidates, and building strong relationships with vendors and clients. The recruiter will also collaborate with internal teams, keep track of industry trends, and work towards achieving placement targets.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients and candidates
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with vendors and clients
  • Knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition in the IT industry
  • Familiarity with current market trends in technology consulting and staffing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
