Job Description

Role: Senior Associate, Store Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Store Operations Management:
  • Assist the store manager in planning and executing store operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked.
  • Implement efficient stock management practices to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

2. Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist customers, addressing their inquiries and providing product information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

3. Team Collaboration:

  • Train and mentor store staff in customer service and store operations.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and store goals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

4. Visual Merchandising:

  • Assist in creating visually appealing displays to attract and engage customers.
  • Regularly update displays to reflect new products and promotions.

5. Inventory Management:

  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
  • Assist in managing inventory orders and restocking products as needed.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to the store manager.

6. Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in retail store operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or senior associate role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.

Note: The job description may be subject to change as per the organization's requirements and policies. The person should be ready to relocate anywhere in India.

Work schedule

  • Six days working with one week off (Sunday). Weekly off may be rotated.
