Job Overview

The role involves managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations to ensure strong cash flow management. The candidate will be responsible for reconciling marketplace data, handling purchase and expense accounting, and maintaining accuracy in inventory and financial records. Additionally, the role supports month-end closures, MIS reporting, and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally Prime, Excel, and financial processes, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
    • Follow up on overdue invoices to ensure timely collections
    • Reconcile marketplace sales data and analyse gross margins & commissions
    • Handle purchase & expense invoice posting and GRN/PO reconciliations
    • Manage inventory accounting, including adjustments and landed cost allocation.
    • Support month-end closing activities and prepare supporting annexures for MIS reporting.
    • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting
Qualifications And Requirements

    • CA Inter (IPCC) cleared / M. Com / MBA (Finance)
    • 3+ years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in Accounts Receivable, reconciliation, purchase, or sales accounting.
    • Strong knowledge of AR/AP and financial processes
    • Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel
    • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Proficient in English communication (written and verbal)
Additional Requirements

    • Mandatory experience in Tally Prime
    • Experience in manufacturing / furniture / e-commerce industry is a plus
