About the Role

  • As a Data Analyst - Growth Analytics at Vested, you will be part of the central Analytics team and work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to drive data-backed growth decisions.
  • This role will focus on understanding user acquisition, campaign performance, attribution, website/app journeys, onboarding funnels, and customer behavior across digital channels.
  • You will work with tools such as GA4, Branch, Mixpanel, Metabase, SQL, and campaign data sources to help the business understand what is working, what is not, and where growth opportunities exist.
  • The role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting marketing data with business outcomes, not just reporting campaign numbers.

Location : GIFT City, Gandhinagar

Experience : 3-5 years

Salary Range : 10 - 14 LPA

What You Will Do

Growth & Marketing Analytics

  • Analyze user acquisition, activation, onboarding, and conversion funnels across digital channels.
  • Work with marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance across paid, organic, referral, CRM, and partner-led channels.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, lead quality, drop-offs, attribution, retention, and LTV.
  • Identify which channels, campaigns, cohorts, and user segments are driving meaningful business outcomes.
  • Help connect marketing activity with downstream business metrics such as funded accounts, first investment, repeat investment, AUM, and revenue.

Digital Journey & Attribution Analysis

  • Work with tools like GA4, Branch, Mixpanel, or similar platforms to analyze user journeys across website and app.
  • Investigate attribution gaps, tracking issues, source mismatches, and campaign tagging problems.
  • Support UTM governance, event tracking validation, and campaign measurement hygiene.
  • Analyze drop-offs across landing pages, signup flows, KYC journeys, funding journeys, and investment funnels.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to improve tracking quality and user journey visibility.

Data Analysis & SQL

  • Write SQL queries to extract, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Combine marketing data with product, transaction, and user-level data to create sharper insights.
  • Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across dashboards, reports, and campaign analysis.

Reporting & Dashboard Development

  • Build and maintain dashboards using tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Create dashboards for campaign performance, acquisition funnel, CAC, channel mix, lead quality, and user activation.
  • Improve clarity and usability of dashboards for marketing and business stakeholders.
  • Support recurring reporting for weekly/monthly growth reviews.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Work closely with marketing, product, business, and operations teams to solve growth-related data problems.
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches.
  • Support ad-hoc investigations around campaign performance, funnel drops, CAC movements, and user behavior.
  • Present insights in a simple, business-friendly manner that helps teams take action.

Process Improvement

  • Help improve marketing data structures, tracking processes, dashboards, and reporting workflows.
  • Support documentation of campaign tracking logic, event definitions, UTM structures, and reporting methodology.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reports and reduce repetitive analysis work.
  • Improve data accessibility for marketing and growth stakeholders.

Prior Experience

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree, B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc., B.Com, or equivalent, preferably in a quantitative, business, finance, engineering, or analytical field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, growth analytics, marketing analytics, product analytics, or related roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience working with marketing or digital analytics data.
  • Hands-on exposure to tools such as GA4, Branch, Mixpanel, Firebase, Segment, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Experience analyzing funnels, campaign performance, attribution, CAC, conversion rates, and user journeys.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, consumer internet, investing, wealth-tech, or financial services.
  • Understanding of paid marketing, SEO, CRM campaigns, referral campaigns, affiliate/partner campaigns, or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience working with UTM parameters, attribution models, event tracking, and campaign tagging.
  • Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
  • Exposure to financial markets or personal investing.
  • Understanding of LTV, retention, cohort analysis, and customer segmentation.
