Roles & Responsibilities:
Procurement Data Management
- Drive the implementation of Procurement specific content utilized across multiple platforms including Preferred Supplier, Buying Portal, Policy Compliance, etc..
- Support maintenance of process and governance for spend taxonomy refresh.
- Support the production and development of procurement dashboard enhancements, as required.
- Work with capability and process owners to provide data extracts, advise and enable strategy and process improvement initiatives (Buying Portal, Sustainability)
- Maintain transaction and master data including working with external providers to cleanse data.
Data & Analytics Support:
- Support build phase of analytics use cases, including detailed data gathering, insights reporting, prioritization, integration, etc., with relevant stakeholders
- Understand and summarize advanced analytical techniques, including predictive analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, to gain deeper insights into procurement data
- Support the development and distribution of ad-hoc and routine reporting data
- Support project / initiatives management including timelines, stakeholder identification, objective documentation, etc.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance:
- Support continuous improvement efforts to ensure processes minimize manual effort associated with collecting and refreshing data
- Ensure that data and analytics practices within procurement adhere to relevant regulatory requirements
Key Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with across Procurement and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify root causes behind metrics, and generate insights
- Regularly engage with appropriate Technology and third-party stakeholders to drive execution activities of analytic use cases (i.e., building dashboards, etc.)

- Advanced data/information and analytics management (including cycle times, KPIs and SLAs), continuous improvement expertise, and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights
- Experience with procurement technology and software systems, such as procurement ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning), spend analysis tools, and data visualization tools

Basic Qualifications:
- B.S./B.A.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant business experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of multi-disciplined procurement experience
