Description
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business analysis within the insurance sector, particularly with Guidewire software. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful implementation of Guidewire solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement within Guidewire applications.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementations.
- Conduct testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end users on Guidewire applications.
- Create and maintain documentation related to business requirements and processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, specifically in the insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of Guidewire software and its modules (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
- Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation techniques.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with Scrum framework.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of data modeling and database concepts related to Guidewire applications.
