- 3+Working experience with startup accelerators / startup incubator or experience working in
- enterprises, managing their Open Innovation / Intrapreneur programmes
- Liaise with Cross-Functional Enablement Teams: Collaborate with teams such as Procurement, Recruitment, IT Support, IP, Immigration, HR, and other enabling functions to ensure timely support for venture requirements

- Manage the Intrapreneurship Program Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end process of idea sourcing, shortlisting, onboarding selected teams into the incubator, and mobilizing resources to help ventures achieve their business goals
- Establish and Improve Processes: Develop operational processes and continuously identify opportunities for optimization to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Monitor Metrics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), maintain dashboards, and prepare reports and presentations to deliver actionable insights for leadership decision-making
- Support Innovation Programs and Events: Assist in planning and executing innovation-related events, internal programs, and incubation initiatives to foster technological advancements and strategic growth
- Knowledge, Skills required for the role
- MBA with BE / B-Tech (Preferred)
- 3+years of experience in managing innovation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and enabling ventures/startups to scale
- Prior experience working with startup incubator/accelerator or corporate venture programs
- Strong communication and team player
- Good background in research and business analysis
- Familiarity with emerging Technology and Industry trends
- Ability to appreciate the application of emerging technologies
