Celestia Money is a newly established Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) based in Bengaluru, India. Focused on financial empowerment, the company is set to launch its gold loan services in Karnataka with plans to expand across other regions and introduce diverse financial products. Under the leadership of Mr. Rajeev Yadav, former Deputy CEO of AU SFB and MD & CEO of Fincare SFB, Celestia Money focuses on empowering financial growth and innovation. The company is currently recruiting for multiple roles, including HR, Sales, Operations, and Technology, to build a strong team and launch its ambitious operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The role entails driving gold loan business growth across assigned territories. The role involves to recruit, train, and manage field sales executives and achieve monthly and quarterly gold loan disbursement targets. The individual will oversee the regional sales team, ensure alignment with company strategies, and identify potential areas for market growth. Responsibilities also include developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and building partnerships to promote the company's products and services. Effective management of resources and representation of the company's vision will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years in Sales, preferably in NBFCs, Banks, or Gold Loan companies
  • Strong Leadership and Team Management
  • Understanding of the Gold Loan business in Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns
  • Knowledge of Kannada; Telugu and Tamil optional but preferred
  • Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Growth, and Target Achievement
  • Experience in Team Leadership, Team Coordination, and Employee Development
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Engagement
  • Deep understanding of Market Trends, Competitor Analysis, and Market Expansion planning
  • Knowledge and experience with financial products, particularly Gold Loans
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage operations efficiently within a regional framework
  • Willingness to travel as required within the assigned region
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
