Position: Senior Architect Industry: Corporate / Hospitality Interiors Job Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and execution for corporate and hospitality interior projects
• Prepare concept designs, space planning, layouts, and detailed drawings
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, MEP consultants, and vendors
• Review and approve shop drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
• Ensure designs comply with project timelines, quality standards, and budgets
• Conduct site visits to monitor execution and resolve design-related issues
• Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams
• Participate in client presentations and design discussions

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of experience in corporate or hospitality interior projects
• Strong knowledge of interior detailing, materials, and finishes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, MS Office
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Experience in Gurugram / NCR projects will be an added advantage
