Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

Experience: 4-7 Years of relevant experience in architectural design, planning, architectural consultancy firms, and Handling Government & Commercial projects.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Architect with strong expertise in architectural planning, technical drawings, government tender requirements, and multidisciplinary design coordination. The candidate should be capable of translating project briefs and tender specifications into detailed, coordinated construction drawings that are practical, accurate, and ready for execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret government tenders, project briefs, technical specifications, and design requirements.
• Develop architectural concepts, space planning, layouts, and detailed designs in accordance with project requirements and applicable building regulations.
• Prepare complete architectural working drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and construction details using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and other services consultants.
• Identify and resolve design discrepancies and coordination issues before issuing drawings for construction.
• Prepare quantity estimates, area statements, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and material quantity calculations as required.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, technically feasible, and suitable for construction execution.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation and drawing packages for government tender submissions.
• Incorporate client feedback, consultant inputs, and statutory requirements into revised drawings.
• Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of design packages.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in architectural design, planning, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Practical understanding of government tenders, tender drawings, and technical specifications.
• Experience in preparing detailed architectural working drawings and construction documentation.
• Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQs, and material calculations.
• Strong coordination skills across architecture, structural design, and MEP services.
• Understanding of applicable building codes, development control regulations, and statutory approval requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and project coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with experience in architectural consultancy firms handling government, institutional, healthcare, educational, or commercial projects will be preferred.
• Candidates capable of independently preparing coordinated architectural drawing packages with minimal supervision are preferred.
• Experience in managing projects from design development through construction documentation will be an advantage.
