Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Architect to join our growing team and lead projects from conception to completion in Dwarka. This is a full-time, on-site role offering opportunities to contribute to diverse design projects ranging from large scale residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and planning across multiple projects
• Oversee development of detailed drawings, working sets, and presentation documents
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design execution and quality control
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and compliance with regulations
• Guide and mentor junior architects and interns
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and building systems.
• Passionate about architecture and eager to grow professionally.

Skills/Qualifications:

• B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized institution
• Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing built projects and technical detailing
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
• Excellent project management, team leadership, and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and site coordination

Work Schedule:

• Location: Dwarka, Delhi
• Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office
• Schedule: Monday - Saturday (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
