Senior Architect

Job Purpose:

The Sr Architect acts as a key link between the architectural team and the Design Head, leading complex healthcare projects from concept through execution. This role involves design leadership, technical oversight, and team management, ensuring that projects meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards. The Senior Architect will coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, while mentoring and guiding junior team members.

Work Experience Required:

• 7–10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio in healthcare or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in leading project teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare facility planning, building codes, and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
• Hands on experience in Project management tools and project execution
• Proficiency in NABH and JCI Guidelines
