Senior Architect

Location: Mumbai

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with 7-10 years of expertise in architectural design and project delivery. The role involves developing design concepts, preparing detailed architectural documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. Experience in Data Centre projects is preferred but not mandatory

• s:Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed construction documentatio
• n.Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil teams throughout the project lifecycl
• e.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirement
• s.Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and technical discussion
• s.Review consultant, contractor, and vendor submission
• s.Support projects through design, construction, and commissioning phase
• s.Manage multiple assignments while meeting quality, budget, and schedule target

• ts:Bachelor's degree in Architectu
• re.7-10 years of experience in Architectural Desi
• gn.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Revit, and BIM platfor
• ms.Strong understanding of building systems, architectural detailing, preparation of BOQ, developing specifications and construction methodologi
