About Us:

SBA Design N Code LLP (formerly RSMS Architects) is a multidisciplinary design practice with 22+ years of experience delivering architectural design, documentation, and BIM services across residential, commercial, healthcare, institutional, and large-scale projects in India and abroad.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Architect with 57 years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to handling large-scale projects. The candidate will be responsible for design development, project coordination, and execution support, while also guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design development and oversee architectural documentation for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle on-site project responsibilities and resolve design/technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Mentor and support junior architects and interns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a reputed college/university.
• 57 years of proven experience in architectural design and execution.
• Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Revit will be an added advantage.
• Strong design sense, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and decent proficiency in English.
