We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Architect to join our growing team and lead projects from conception to completion in Dwarka. This is a full-time, on-site role offering opportunities to contribute to diverse design projects ranging from large scale residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and planning across multiple projects
- Oversee development of detailed drawings, working sets, and presentation documents
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure design execution and quality control
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and compliance with regulations
- Guide and mentor junior architects and interns
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and building systems.
- Passionate about architecture and eager to grow professionally.
Skills/Qualifications:
- B.Arch or M.Arch from a recognized institution
- Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing built projects and technical detailing
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
- Excellent project management, team leadership, and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and site coordination
Work Schedule:
- Location: Dwarka, Delhi
- Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office
- Schedule: Monday - Saturday (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)
