Job Title: Senior Architect / Lead Architect
Location: Odisha (Projects across various districts)
Qualification:
- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution
Experience Required:
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience as an Architect in architectural planning and execution of building projects
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in designing and developing sports facilities, preferably stadiums or similar large-scale public infrastructure
- Experience working on government or block-level projects will be an added advantage
Project Background:
Construction of Block-Level Stadia across multiple districts in Odisha.
The architect will be responsible for leading design, planning, and coordination activities for sports infrastructure projects.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of stadium design standards, sports facility planning, and public infrastructure development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design tools
- Excellent communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams and work independently
- Must be fluent in Odiya, Hindi, and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Must know Odiya, Hindi and English.
- Must have Consultancy work.
