Responsibilities
At MQA, you will play a key role in managing projects from the initial concept to the final execution. We value individuals with strong design and technical capabilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Develop design concepts reporting directly to the Associates.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.
- Prepare technical design packages and specifications for coordination and construction.
- Act as point of contact for all technical issues related to local regulations and industry market
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience essential
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign & SketchUp is essential
- Strong design sensibility and technical expertise related to design and construction
- Proven ability and experience leading projects from inception to completion
- Clear and effective communication and presentation skills
- You will be highly organised, be able to prioritise your work and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills & proactive attitude
- Graphic and rendering skills advantageous.
- BIM and Revit skills advantageous
