We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and in-depth knowledge of UAE regulations and authority processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership
- Lead architectural design development from concept to detailed design and implementation.
- Ensure design excellence, innovation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and design reviews.
Coordination & Integration
- Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines.
- Ensure seamless integration of BIM models and design documentation.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
Project Management
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within quality standards.
- Provide site support and address technical issues during construction stages.
Client & Authority Liaison
- Prepare and present design proposals and progress updates to clients.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai building codes and regulations.
- Handle submissions and approvals with relevant UAE authorities, including:
- Dubai Municipality
- Roads and Transport Authority (RTA)
- Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA)
- Manage NOCs and regulatory documentation processes.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers.
- Provide technical guidance and constructive design feedback.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of drawings and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Mandatory proficiency in Revit.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and willingness to adopt advanced digital tools.
- Strong understanding of all project phases (concept to construction).
- Experience in structural and MEP coordination.
- Knowledge of green building regulations and sustainability standards.
- Proven experience handling UAE authority submissions and approval processes.
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
