This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect at Charcoal Pencil Architects located in Bengaluru. The Architect will be responsible for assisting principal architects in designing and developing architectural plans and blueprints, conducting feasibility studies, and collaborating with clients and construction teams. The Senior Architect will also provide support in project management and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
Proficiency in rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape
Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and space management
Ability to interpret and create architectural drawings and blueprints
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
