Job Profile:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring design excellence, technical precision, and adherence to all relevant codes and client specifications serving as both a creative visionary and a technical authority throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from initial concept to final implementation.
• Coordinate and integrate architectural design with other disciplines such as structural, MEP, and interior design.
• Utilize architectural software and digital tools for design visualization, documentation, and project integration.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, providing technical guidance and design feedback.
• Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and ensure compliance with Dubai building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design or technical issues.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of architectural drawings and documentation.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with BIM and willingness to learn advanced tools.
• Strong knowledge of all project phases and MEP/structural coordination.
• Understanding of green building regulations and authority approval processes.
• Experience with UAE authorities (Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, etc.) and obtaining NOCs.
• Ability to ensure quality design delivery and provide site support when needed.
