Title: Senior Architect & Interior Designer – Luxury Residential & Commercial

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Senior Architect & Interior Designer to lead and manage premium residential and commercial projects from concept to completion. This role requires a strong balance of architectural expertise and interior design sensibility, along with leadership capabilities to deliver cohesive, high-end design solutions with precision and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design processes across architecture and interior design, from concept development to final execution.
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and detailed drawings aligned with client vision and project goals.
- Prepare technical documentation including working drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Oversee site execution to ensure design intent, detailing, and finishing quality are maintained.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants (structural, MEP), vendors, and contractors for seamless project delivery.
- Present design concepts, proposals, and progress updates to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, driving team performance and growth.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and emerging technologies in architecture and interiors.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 6-9 years of professional experience in architectural and/or interior design projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent design sensibility with strong attention to detail and space planning skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management abilities.
- Experience in luxury residential or hospitality projects is highly preferred.
