Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and design-driven Senior Architect to lead architectural projects from concept to completion. The role involves design leadership, client coordination, team management, and ensuring projects are delivered with high design quality, technical accuracy, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead architectural design development from concept to detailed design
- Manage and review architectural drawings, 3D visuals, and presentations
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Hire and mentor junior architects and interns
- Oversee preparation of working drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, bye-laws, and regulations
- Participate in site visits and resolve design-related site issues
- Maintain quality control across all project stages
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 810+ years of professional experience in architectural practice
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max / BIM tools
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing
- Strong design sensibility and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)- Experience in client-facing roles
- Knowledge of project execution and coordination
- Familiarity with Photoshop / InDesign for presentations
- Experience with sustainable design and green building practices
