About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural execution for high-end residential developments. This role requires strong project management capability, deep technical expertise, and hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent, quality standards, timelines, and statutory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Coordination
- Lead end-to-end architectural execution across multiple luxury development projects.
- Act as the primary architectural point of contact between internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination across design development, approvals, and site execution stages.
- Review and monitor all drawings and design submissions for compliance with design intent and technical standards.
Design & Technical Execution
- Prepare, review, and manage detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Ensure accuracy, constructability, and adherence to approved designs, specifications, and quality benchmarks.
- Address design-related issues arising at the site and provide timely solutions.
Site & Stakeholder Management
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to drawings.
- Coordinate with project management teams and contractors to resolve execution challenges.
- Participate in project review meetings and present architectural updates to senior management.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to local development control regulations, statutory norms, and approval conditions.
- Maintain structured documentation, drawing logs, and revision controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 10+ years of experience in architectural design and execution, preferably with luxury real estate developers in Mumbai.
- Strong experience handling redevelopment projects in Mumbai.
- Hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory).
- Sound understanding of construction detailing, materials, and execution practices.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
