Senior Architect - Key Responsibilities:

Lead a project/ projects in all aspects and take accountability of Timelines, deliverables and quality of coordination and drawings.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and engineers to resolve technical issues and design queries.

Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely completion.

Manage quality control, material reviews and progress reporting.

Timely review on-site work for compliance with drawings, specifications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with 10+ years of experience.

Expertise in construction details, materials, finishing, and architectural software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).

Valid architectural license

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Salary will be provided according to industry standards.
