Designation for the desired post: Senior Architect/Designer

Location: Delhi

Job Type: Full Time

Experience: 6-10 Years experience in Architecture & Corporate interior design Commercial/Residential.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Design

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop creative design concepts and detailed working drawings, including C&I layouts, GFCs, typical details, and finish selections.

Prepare and deliver compelling design presentations, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of design activities.

Create and manage drawing delivery schedules to meet project timelines.

Oversee on-site execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines.

Identify and resolve on-site challenges efficiently while maintaining high execution standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, site engineers, and other stakeholders.

Provide follow-up support to customers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Apply in-depth knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and accessibility requirements in project execution.

Stay updated on industry trends, construction materials, and costs to ensure innovative and cost-effective design solutions.

Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, MS Office, and Photoshop for design, documentation, and reporting tasks.

Utilize advanced problem-solving skills and creativity in preparing design presentation materials.

Maintain a keen eye for design detail from concept development to on-site implementation.

Ensure quality control and deliver excellence at every phase of the project, from initial concept to final completion.

Knowledge & comfort working with zoning and building code.

Technical Skills

Strong experience in interior design & Architecture.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, MS Office, and Photoshop.

Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.

Familiarity with all project phases, from concept to execution, with a proven ability to handle potential challenges.

Understanding of cost estimations construction materials & finishes.
