Role Overview We are looking for a talented Architect or Senior Interior Designer who can lead projects from the concept phase through to execution.

You will not only design visually stunning spaces but also handle the technical documentation and costing required to build them.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Visualization: Create conceptual sketches, detailed 2D layouts, and high-quality 3D renders using SketchUp and rendering software (V Ray/Enscape/Lumion)

. Estimation & Costing: Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and detailed project quotations.

Accurate costing is a critical part of this role.

Technical Documentation: Produce detailed Good for Construction (GFC) drawings, including electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, and joinery details.

Material Selection: Coordinate with clients and vendors to select materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture that align with the design intent and budget.

Site Coordination: Collaborate regularly with the Project Manager to ensure the site execution matches the approved designs.

Client Interaction: Present designs to clients, incorporate feedback, and maintain professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Candidate Requirements

Education: B.Arch, B.Des, or Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture

. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.

Software Skills: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Rendering tools. Proficiency in MS Excel is required for BOQ preparation.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing residential/commercial projects and technical detailing is mandatory. Benefits & Work Culture
