Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Aerospace Consultant!
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Advisor with deep expertise in the Indian Defence and Aerospace ecosystem to support strategic initiatives for aerospace client. This advisor will provide insights into the India Defence market, key organization, competitive landscape and partnership opportunities to help shape business strategy and growth.
Responsibilities
1. Industry & Market Analysis
. Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the aerospace and defense industry
. Analyze global and Indian aviation trends
. Prepare industry reports, feasibility studies, and market entry strategies
2. Strategy & Transformation Consulting
. Help aerospace organizations develop business strategies and growth plans
. Support digital transformation initiatives
. Assist with organizational restructuring and operational improvements
3. Operations & Supply Chain Optimization
. Improve manufacturing efficiency and aerospace supply chains
. Support procurement transformation and vendor management
. Work on cost reduction and productivity improvement programs
4. Government & Policy Advisory
. Work with ministries and public sector entities on defense and aerospace policy
. Support initiatives like Make in India for aerospace manufacturing
. Assist with defense procurement strategy and policy frameworks
5. Project Management
. Manage consulting project deliverables and timelines
. Prepare client presentations, reports, and recommendations
. Coordinate with cross-functional consulting teams

Qualifications we seek in you!
.Good years of experience in India Defence, aerospace or government research organizations.
.Strong understanding of organizations such as DRDO, HAL and other defence ecosystem stakeholders.
.Experience working with government defence agencies, PSUs or aerospace companies.
.Deep knowledge of defence procurement processes, industry structures and marker dynamics.
.Experience in strategic advisory, consulting or leadership roles within the defence or aerospace sectors.
