Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with 5+ years of expertise in building design and Coordination, having worked extensively with real estate developers/builders. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of residential high-rise construction, design coordination, and on-site execution, along with hands-on experience in managing multiple stakeholders including architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

The role requires deep understanding of building design, construction methodologies, quality standards, statutory requirements, and lifecycle management of high-rise residential projects, along with the ability to support post-sales and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate design efficiency and recommend value engineering measures to optimize layouts.
• Prepare area statements (carpet, built-up, saleable) and efficiency ratios for costing exercises.
• Coordinate with consultants, in-house design, structural, MEP, and liaison teams for practical, cost-efficient, and compliant proposals.
• Build and maintain a project database across the organization for benchmarking and design data comparison.
• Develop tools/templates to streamline layout and area analysis, also with AI-based process enhancements.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM and MS Excel
• Hold exposure to residential, commercial, MHADA, SRA, Plotted, SEZ, and redevelopment projects.
• Ability to balance design with cost considerations.
• Proficient with design bylaws and market practices.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills.

Desired Work Experience and Qualification:

• B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognised architecture school.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably with exposure to costing/budgeting function in construction field.
