Senior Architect

Job Summary:

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Walk-in Interview)

MyScaai Bharat Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design, coordination, and execution for premium residential, commercial, and large-scale construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion with strong execution control.

Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural design from concept to execution. Prepare, review, and approve GFC, working & detailed construction drawings. Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, project managers, vendors, and contractors. Conduct regular site visits to ensure design accuracy and execution quality. Handle client presentations, approvals, and design revisions. Review BOQs, specifications, and vendor/shop drawings. Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, safety norms, and NBC standards. Manage design timelines and ensure on-time project delivery. Mentor and guide junior architects and design team. Ensure cost control and value engineering wherever required. Skills & Software Required: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3Ds Max, V-Ray Strong expertise in construction detailing & site execution Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction practices.
