This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Senior Architect. The Senior Architect will lead design projects with a primary focus on faade consultancy and building envelope solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing architectural designs, collaborating with clients and internal teams, conducting technical reviews, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing innovative architectural solutions. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and managing project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

• Strong architectural design, building envelope expertise, and construction detailing knowledge
• Experience with project management and team collaboration in faade consultancy or related fields
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools
• Solid understanding of materials, structural systems, and building codes
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Strong written and verbal communication to liaise with stakeholders effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Prior experience in faade design for large-scale or international projects is a significant advantage
