Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role located in Thane. The Senior Architect will be responsible for designing and developing master plans & architectural plans for industrial facilities and taking the project through the complete project cycle of tendering, vendor co-ordinations, GFCs and periodic site supervisions. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, overseeing construction progress, and incorporating innovative and sustainable design solutions.

Qualifications

• Expertise in industrial architectural design, specifically Pharma & Solar Manufacturing, space planning, and building codes
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-up modeling tools
• Strong project management and coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in construction oversight, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of sustainable design and green building principles is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
