Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Senior Architect at Artius Interior Products. The Senior Architect will be responsible for architectural design, project management, software development, integration, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project handling: concept development, client presentations, 3D visualizations, design documentation, BOQ/BOM, and handover.
- Design and deliver high-end residential architecture and interiors,
- Develop technical drawings, moodboards, finishing schedules, and material specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure design intent and execution quality.
- Perform periodic site visits to ensure quality control, adherence to specifications, and timely delivery.
- Guide junior architects and promote a collaborative team environment.
- Contribute to new product development (NPD) in collaboration with the design and fabrication teams.
- Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and flow plans, working closely with the PMC Team for the comp of the project.

- AutoCAD advanced level
- SketchUp (3D) essential
- Photoshop working proficiency
- MS Office Suite documentation and coordination
Qualifications
- Architectural Design and Project Management skills
- Experience in software development and integration
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
