Junior Architect & Senior Architect

As our firm continues to expand, G & A is actively recruiting passionate and skilled Junior Architects , Senior Architects and Intern Architects to join our dynamic studio. We offer a creative work culture with opportunities to work on a wide variety of architecture and interior design projects from concept to execution.

We're looking for:

Talented professionals with a strong design sensibility and a detailed understanding of architectural workflows from conceptual design and working drawings to project execution and site coordination.

The ideal candidate is proactive, precise, and able to work independently or lead teams, depending on seniority. A passion for quality and a sharp eye for design detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine architectural concepts, presentation drawings, and detailed working drawings
• Participate in all project phases from design development to execution
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent is met
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design
• Support or lead project documentation, client communications, and approvals based on experience level
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and construction technologies to enhance project outcomes

Requirements:

Junior Architect

• 05 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Senior Architect

• 5+ years of experience in an architectural firm
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage teams
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture ( M.Arch candidates can also apply)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visualization tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and execution

Intern Architect

• Students pursuing Bachelor's in Architecture
• Passion for design development, detailing & architectural processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop & other presentation tools
• Creative eye for design with good communication & teamwork skills
