Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect at ARH. The Senior Architect will be involved in architectural design, project management, and software development integration on a day-to-day basis. They will collaborate with the team to deliver designs for projects of varying sizes and complexities.
The ideal candidate is an accomplished and visionary Senior Architect with at least 10 years of professional experience in designing and managing large-scale architectural projects. This role demands expertise in overseeing all stages of design and construction, developing detailed working drawings, and ensuring project delivery aligns with the highest standards of quality and compliance. Strong leadership, technical proficiency, and a collaborative approach are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring aesthetic, functional, and technical excellence.
- Develop comprehensive working drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, to guide the project team and contractors.
- Oversee all phases of project development, from initial concept through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Conduct site evaluations and inspections to ensure construction aligns with design intent and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to establish goals, resolve challenges, and maintain project cohesion.
- Manage and mentor junior architects and designers, fostering skill development and a culture of innovation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability practices, and technological advancements to incorporate into projects.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Licensed architect with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful execution of large-scale or complex projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design and rendering software.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building systems.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
