Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Architect for a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs, collaborating with clients, managing projects from concept to execution, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams for project integration and overseeing the implementation of design concepts into construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong project management abilities, and the ability to contribute to innovative architectural solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design, including developing creative and functional concepts for projects
- Strong understanding and experience in Software Development and Integration for architecture-related tools
- Demonstrated expertise in Architecture, including knowledge of building codes and construction processes
- Proven Project Management skills, with the ability to lead and manage projects effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to coordinate with clients, teams, and stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., Architect Registration) are a plus
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software is highly desirable
