Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Architect, located in Chittranjan Park New Delhi. The Senior Project Architect will guide projects from concept through completion, ensuring that designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. A highly creative bent of mind is abn absolute must. Responsibilities include preparing architectural submittals, leading project teams, managing workflows, and overseeing coordination efforts. The role also involves integrating sustainable design principles and managing clients. The selected candidate will act as a mentor to junior staff while ensuring compliance with client objectives, regulatory guidelines, and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Architecture, with experience in developing design concepts and managing projects from start to completion
  • Strong expertise in Project Management, including the ability to oversee schedules, budgets, and team coordination
  • Familiarity with sustainable design certifications such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and design software tools
  • Excellent organizational, team leadership, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Prior experience managing large-scale or complex projects is highly desirable
