Senior Architect

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of corporate office projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial architecture, space planning, and client engagement, with a focus on delivering workplace solutions that are both aesthetic and functional.

• Lead end-to-end design and execution of office space projects for corporate clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, workflows, and cultural goals.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and detailed architectural drawings.
• Oversee space planning, layout optimization, and integration of workplace strategy.
• Coordinate with interior designers, MEP consultants, project managers, and vendors.
• Ensure design quality, adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise junior architects and designers, providing guidance and quality checks.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and construction reviews.
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 8+ years of experience in architectural design, with a portfolio focused on corporate/office interiors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of workplace trends, ergonomics, and sustainable design.
• Excellent project management, team leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
  

• Experience working with MNCs, tech parks, or co-working spaces.
• Familiarity with workplace consultancy or corporate real estate strategy.
