Senior Architect

Role Overview:

As a Design Architect, you will assume a leadership role in driving innovative design concepts and strategies for architectural and interior projects. We are seeking an individual with 8-10 years of experience as a design-focused architect to join our creative team.

Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership: Lead the creation of detailed architectural models, drawings, and presentations, demonstrating expertise in conceptualizing and executing design solutions.
• Innovative Design Thinking: Spearhead design-thinking initiatives, infusing creativity and innovation into architectural projects while surpassing traditional drafting methods.
• Planning and Execution: Take charge of planning and developing design concepts, integrating artistic and creative elements into construction projects.
• Working & Detailed Drawing Expertise: Proficiently execute Working & Detailed Drawings with precision, overseeing project compliance and design integrity.
• Rendering Mastery: Showcase advanced rendering skills to enhance project visualizations and presentations, elevating the design narrative.
• Immediate Availability: Exhibit readiness to join the team promptly, leveraging your expertise to contribute to ongoing and future projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 8-10+ years of experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong emphasis on design-focused roles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop, demonstrating the ability to translate complex design concepts into tangible representations.
• Excellent creative, organizational, and presentation skills to effectively communicate design visions and strategies.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Additional Skills (preferred but not mandatory):

• Proficiency in additional design and rendering software/tools.
• Proven experience in leading design-focused architectural projects.
