Candidates must have proven hands-on experience in the planning, design, coordination,

and execution of the following project types:

● High-Rise Residential Buildings & Apartment Projects

● Residential Communities, Townships & Gated Communities

● Hospitality Projects including Hotels, Resorts & Service Apartments

● Large Infrastructure Projects such as Schools, Colleges, Universities, Educational

Campuses, Institutional Buildings, and Mixed-Use Developments

Applicants without substantial experience in the above project categories may not be

considered.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, creative, and execution-oriented Senior Architect to lead

architectural planning, design development, project coordination, and construction support

across residential, hospitality, infrastructure, and high-rise developments.

The ideal candidate must possess strong design capabilities combined with practical site

execution experience and the ability to manage projects from concept design through

completion.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Planning

● Lead architectural design development from concept through detailed design and

construction stages.

● Prepare architectural layouts, presentations, working drawings, construction

documentation, and specifications.

● Develop innovative design concepts, space planning solutions, façade treatments,

and material selections.

● Ensure designs meet client expectations, project objectives, construction feasibility,

and industry standards.

● Incorporate sustainable and future-ready design solutions where applicable.

Project Coordination

● Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and external consultants.

● Work closely with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors.

● Review consultant drawings and ensure seamless multidisciplinary coordination.

● Participate in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and design review meetings.

Technical Management

● Prepare and review working drawings, construction details, BOQ inputs, and

technical specifications.

● Ensure compliance with local building regulations, statutory approvals, fire safety

norms, and building codes.

● Resolve technical and design issues arising during project execution.

● Conduct design reviews and value engineering exercises to optimize project

outcomes.

Site Execution & Monitoring

● Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and architectural

implementation.

● Verify execution against approved drawings and quality standards.

● Provide technical clarifications and practical solutions to site teams.

● Support construction teams in resolving on-site design challenges.

Team Leadership

● Lead and mentor architects, draftsmen, BIM modelers, and design team members.

● Review architectural deliverables for accuracy, quality, and compliance.

● Establish best practices and maintain high design standards across projects.

● Monitor team performance and support professional development.

Client & Stakeholder Management

● Attend key client meetings and present architectural solutions.

● Manage design approvals and stakeholder coordination.

● Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.

● Ensure timely communication and resolution of project-related concerns.

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory

● Master's Degree in Architecture (M.Arch) – Preferred

● COA Registration preferred

● Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and project

execution

● Experience working with reputed construction companies, developers, architectural

consultancies, or design-build organizations
