This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Technical Support Specialist located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Senior Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering exceptional support to both retail and distribution clients. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and may also include training clients on leveraging Wondersoft's solutions effectively.

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve system or software issues effectively
• Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing issues and implementing efficient solutions
• Proven expertise in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to work well in an on-site team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
• Knowledge of retail and distribution systems is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Experience in enterprise software environments and ERP tools is a plus
• Proficiency in local language(s) and English for effective communication
