This is a full-time, on-site role for a Land Acquisition Manager, based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and acquiring potential real estate opportunities, conducting market research, and evaluating property values. The manager will collaborate with internal teams for land use planning and oversee negotiations to ensure successful deals. The position also requires the preparation and analysis of financial models to support acquisition decisions and to align closely with the organization's strategic goals.

• Proficiency in Land Use Planning and knowledge of zoning laws and regulations
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess budgets, property values, and market trends
• Experience in Market Research to identify growth opportunities and potential acquisitions
• Expertise in Acquisitions and negotiation processes
• Understanding of Finance, including financial modeling and cost analysis
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in real estate or land acquisition is strongly preferred
