Cushman & Wakefield's Global Supply Chain & Logistics Advisory (SCLA) practice is a specialized team dedicated to providing clients with a competitive advantage by integrating supply chain strategy with real estate expertise. We are seeking a highly analytical and innovative Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Analysis to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our analytical projects. You will provide the critical data processing, modeling, and analytical support that enables our team to solve complex logistics challenges. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Project Workstream Ownership: Lead and manage significant analytical workstreams within larger client projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Advanced Supply Chain Modeling: Design, build, and run sophisticated supply chain models (network optimization, inventory optimization, etc.) to evaluate strategic alternatives and quantify their financial impact.
  • Insight Generation: Analyze and interpret complex model outputs to derive actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Client Communication: Develop and present analytical findings, methodologies, and recommendations directly to client stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior Analysts, providing technical support, reviewing their work, and fostering their professional development.

About You

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields such as Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Economics, or Statistics.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience, with proven success in a supply chain analysis, data science, or consulting role.
  • Technical and Modeling Skills:
  • Experience with dedicated supply chain design software (e.g., Coupa/LLamasoft, Blue Yonder, AIMMS, Lyric)
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with complex database structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to create impactful visualizations and dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, strong project management fundamentals, and confident communication and presentation abilities.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing consulting role.
  • Familiarity with optimization solvers (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX, OR-Tools).
  • Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
