About the Role:
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and dependableProcurementIntelligence Analystto support our growing team in India. In this role, you willbe responsible forkey activities in the Market Intelligence team, such as deal analysisand dataanalyticswitha primaryfocus on thecreationand deliveryofMarketIntelligence Thesis(MITs).
You must be located in India to be a candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis, Creation, & Delivery:
- Conduct in-depth analysis ofTechnologyagreements across varioussubcategories,including SaaSand enterprise software.
- Utilize internal data, independent research, and industry expertise/experience to come todefinitiveconclusions on pricing/agreement structure across various IT categories.
- Leverage your procurementexpertiseto extract insights from complex data,making informed assumptions and valid conclusions based on industry knowledge and experience.
- Analyze monetary impact over time,understanding contract costs and potential savings opportunities.
- IndustryResearch, Knowledge Transfer, & Continuous Improvement:
- Stayup to dateon industry trends and best practices inTechnologyprocurement.
- Understandagency pricingmodels,supplier licensing practices, changes in industry standards, elements of contractual risk specific to theTechnologycategory.
- Leverage internal data and outside research to build and implement strategies/models aroundTechnologyspendcategories/trends on pricing and packaging.
- Delivery& Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather andvalidatedata.
- Explain and communicate complex information/analyses to end clients clearly and concisely.
- Work hours are 1pm - 10pm to accommodate the global nature of our business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business Management, Information Technology,Marketing,Finance, orData Analytics.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:procurement,finance,or enterprise software/hardware sales
- Strong writing skills, detail-oriented and highly organized
- Deep experience with Microsoft contracts anda strongunderstanding of their products and services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of procurementspendingprocesses, including sourcing,purchasing, and supplier management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data,identifytrends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Passion for theTechnologyindustry and a commitment to continuous learning.
