Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess the training needs of employees and identify skill gaps within the organization to ensure the development of relevant training programs.
  • Design and deliver both technical and soft skills training programs tailored to the organization's needs.
  • Develop e-learning materials and other training content to support diverse learning styles.
  • Manage the scheduling, logistics, and facilitation of training programs to ensure smooth execution.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using feedback and data, continually improving the training process.
  • Collaborate with managers and leadership to align training programs with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external training vendors and suppliers to ensure access to quality training resources.
  • Oversee the budget for training programs and monitor related expenses to ensure cost efficiency.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (UG); Postgraduate preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
  • Familiarity with budget management and cost control in training operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
