Job Title: Senior Analyst - Investment Modeling
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in real estate valuations and consulting with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- The person will be directly working with UK Industrial VRA team.
- Good understanding of all valuation approaches and how they apply to various property types. An experience in valuation of industrial properties is preferred.
- Develop accurate and comprehensive financial models for existing and potential commercial real estate investments.
- Conduct detailed cash flow analysis, valuations, and sensitivity analysis to assess investment feasibility and performance.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions and asset-management teams to validate property financials and assumptions.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports, including market analysis, financial projections, and value conclusions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices related to financial modelling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate valuation and consulting.
- Working knowledge of Argus Enterprise software is a must.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, including advance excel functions.
- Working hours to be aligned with the UK team (1 pm 10 pm).
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with real estate valuation methods and understanding of property-level financials.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
