Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
- Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results with forecasts and budgets.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic planning.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Support the development and maintenance of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Partner with business units to gather financial inputs and validate assumptions.
- Track budget vs. actual performance and provide commentary on variances.
Data Management & Modeling:
- Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in ERP and reporting systems.
- Leverage data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to automate reports and enhance insights.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional teams (operations, sales, procurement).
- Provide financial insights to assist with operational decision-making.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Compliance & Controls:
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure data security.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (mandatory).
- CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Experience:
- 4-9 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
