Senior Analyst Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
• Analyze financial performance by comparing actual results with forecasts and budgets.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic planning.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Support the development and maintenance of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
• Partner with business units to gather financial inputs and validate assumptions.
• Track budget vs. actual performance and provide commentary on variances.

Data Management & Modeling:

• Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in ERP and reporting systems.
• Leverage data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to automate reports and enhance insights.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as a finance business partner to cross-functional teams (operations, sales, procurement).
• Provide financial insights to assist with operational decision-making.
• Present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Compliance & Controls:

• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure data security.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (mandatory).
• CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Experience:
• 4–9 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
