Job Role:
- Call and qualify assigned leads via auto-dialer
- Understand learner needs and build interest in upGrad programs
- Schedule Video Counselling (VC) sessions with Admission Counsellors
- Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM
- Meet daily calling and VC booking targets
Eligibility:
- 2+ years of EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad preferred)
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year stability in current/last role
- Experience as an Individual Contributor
- Comfortable with a 6-day work week

- Strong English communication

- Basic CRM & MS Office knowledge
