The Senior Admissions Counselor is responsible for managing the complete student admission lifecycle, leading counseling efforts, converting high-quality leads, mentoring junior counselors, and ensuring enrollment targets are achieved through ethical and effective guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Counsel prospective students and parents about courses, career paths, fees, and outcomes
- Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, website leads, and referral inquiries
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (online & offline)
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth admissions
- Lead campus visits, trial classes, and orientation sessions
- Mentor and guide junior admissions counselors
- Resolve admission-related queries and objections professionally
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports

Eligibility & Experience- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
- 36 years experience in admissions / education sales
- Prior experience in training institutes, colleges, or EdTech preferred
